Pay is made on time.

Management is clearly the main problem. The hierarchy is ineffective, inconsistent, and shows little consideration for employees. Decisions are too often made without a real understanding of the constraints on the ground. It would be helpful if decision-makers spent more time on the ground to understand the realities employees face. Planning is poor: schedules are communicated at the last minute in the vast majority of cases, with no visibility into the following month. Day-to-day organization is also lacking, with too few concrete tasks to perform. Changes and improvements take months to be implemented, giving the impression that any progress is unnecessarily slow. Training and support for new employees are clearly insufficient. Finally, the vehicles provided do not always meet the needs of the job or the conditions of use. Some are impractical and ill-suited to weather conditions. In particular, the use of two-wheeled vehicles is sometimes mandated whenever the weather is favorable, without any real consideration of temperatures or working conditions. It would be necessary to consider simpler equipment that is truly adapted to the needs on the ground.
