What could be improved?

Lausanne office: very disappointing professional experience. The working environment proved difficult, with poorly structured management, constant pressure, and a generally heavy atmosphere. Communication within the team lacked professionalism, with some comments being inappropriate and disparaging. In conclusion, this office did not meet my expectations in terms of respect, working environment, and management.
