What works well here is the atmosphere, the quality of the offices, the work environment, and the coworkers. Many activities are organized for employees. The boss is very approachable, friendly, and accessible to the teams. The supervisors are also very personable.

There’s just one small area that could still be improved: the workday is currently 8 hours and 18 minutes. Other real estate agencies already have an 8-hour workday, and switching to that would be appreciated, as it wouldn’t have a negative impact on productivity—quite the opposite, in fact. Aside from this detail, the experience at Cogestim has been very positive.

There's a great atmosphere within the team and throughout the agency in general. The company has a fairly transparent culture when it comes to financial figures and goals. Personal goals are closely monitored, and there's a pleasant working relationship with managers and senior leadership.

Integration is easy and the working atmosphere is friendly. Colleagues are available and there's good cooperation between teams. The application process was clear, fast and professional.

Lausanne office: very disappointing professional experience. The working environment proved difficult, with poorly structured management, constant pressure, and a generally heavy atmosphere. Communication within the team lacked professionalism, with some comments being inappropriate and disparaging. In conclusion, this office did not meet my expectations in terms of respect, working environment, and management.
