Excellent listening skills, a supportive attitude, and a very pleasant atmosphere for discussion during the interview. The ability of the interviewers to look ahead and assess the potential of a candidate coming from a different industry sector. Overall feedback: I met with two very friendly, approachable, and professional interviewers. Although the process did not lead to an immediate job offer, it greatly strengthened my desire to join TMR in the future.
What could be improved?
Cross-Sector Application Analysis: For candidates outside the rail sector, providing a quick visual overview (diagram, brief technical specifications of the trains) during the interview could help them get up to speed even faster on the specifics of the rolling stock.

What works well?
TMR is a company on a human scale. I was made to feel very welcome and had very good discussions with the people I spoke to at reception, and especially with the Human Resources department, who respect people above all else.
