Lack of organization, communication. Opportunistic management that puts a lot of pressure and the issue is always political (gossip, sabotage, conflict situations). Employees are perceived as robots and are approached in an authoritarian manner, emphasizing that they are replaceable and therefore have no right to suggest anything. Unstimulating environment with obsolete technologies and an atmosphere that is difficult to digest.
