The biggest positive is the atmosphere among employees. The good rapport, mutual support, and camaraderie among colleagues make day-to-day work more enjoyable, despite the pressure and heavy workload. The team’s cohesion is a real asset and helps us better cope with difficult or particularly busy periods.

Based on my current experience, management and work organization could be significantly improved. I regularly feel intense pressure from management, as well as a lack of recognition for the work I’ve done. Feedback is often negative, which sometimes gives the impression that the work is never good enough, even when the assigned tasks are completed. The workload is also heavy and regularly results in overtime. A better distribution of tasks, clearer expectations, more respectful communication, and greater recognition would significantly improve working conditions.
