What works well?
The teams within Trianon are dynamic and help each other. The trust granted by the management allows us to be autonomous in our work. Moreover, the flexible schedule and the home office are a real plus.

Equipe dynamique, cadres à l'écoute, bonne ambiance voilà les points forts de Trianon. L'autonomie dans la réalisation des tâches est un plus. Les activités de gestion dans le service Pension sont complètes et chaque gestionnaire gère l'entier des mutations : affiliation, facturation, sortie, inval...
What could be improved?
L'entreprise a grandi (et continue à grandir) rapidement, la standardisation des procédures de travail est un objectif qui devra être réalisé afin de garantir l'efficience du travail
