Change is happening

What works well?

Communication has improved. The new Leclanché has mission, values have been shared with positive responsiveness from its employees. Town hall communications have taken place for all employees under the new leadership. Career opportunities are available and even career paths are discussed.

What could be improved?

Leclanché needs to concentrate on its chosen market areas and not try to have too many solutions. It is more clear now that concentrating on marine & rail areas are the strong points at Leclanché.

Executive / Manager

Thankyou for your feedback. Leclanche is moving to a brand large office building in Y-Park (Yverdon) in Feb 2022, so the office facilities are now going to be excellent. The Federal COVID rules will of course delay the full benefit of these new offices.

Hours 7am_16h15...ok

What works well?

Coffee, tea still free. Certain departments work well, even under pressure and certainly create a more enjoyable work atmosphere, but even this is frowned on by the managers!!

What could be improved?

More input needed by the management towards the production / shop floor. Not the place to have a career.

Unique

What works well?

The ability of management to pay themselves handsomely and never question themselves despite catastrophic figures. The ones who jump are the technicians, project managers and sales people. It is necessary to eliminate the witnesses...

What could be improved?

Big program... changing the entire management team would be a good start. Look at the figures, you will be impressed and understand
