What works well?

Follow-up of guidelines, program to enhance the value of the various target audiences

What could be improved?

It's a rewarding field with great values, which initially motivated me to invest myself fully. Unfortunately, however, I felt a lack of authenticity in professional relationships. Certain remarks made by employees/managers affected me personally, without there being anyone I could trust to talk to about it. I sometimes felt more like a pawn in a team than a human being. A mixed experience that could have been much more constructive with a humane, caring and upright manager.

What could be improved?

You don't have the profile, we have found a better profile, what is behind this concept of profile, in any case not the human potential, nor the skills, a priori only non-risk tags. The recruitment is based on a human non-intelligence modelled on a 15 years old AI.
