What works well?

What works well?

Support between colleagues, and still, the atmosphere is deteriorating little by little. Working hours are fairly flexible, depending on your superior. There's a fitness center (2-3 machines); from time to time, they invite a masseur and there's the possibility of yoga. Is this an attempt to improve the atmosphere?

What could be improved?

The salary! It needs to be reviewed as a matter of urgency. I've been with the company for many years (far too many). The pay is really too low and the demands of the job are getting higher and higher. Recognition (both financial and human) just isn't there. HR management is mediocre. Far too fussy (e.g.: minute-by-minute checks for lunch breaks, penny-by-penny checks for travel reimbursements, but we receive documents from them with lots of errors). In short, they're only picky in one sense. We haven't had any management for several months, and have no way of knowing what's going on.

Working environment and conditions: modern premises accessible by public transport. Pleasant offices Fairly good atmosphere among colleagues

Salary and benefits: Very low salaries Management style: very inefficient, double work, no communication. Management refuses to adapt job descriptions. Career opportunities: nothing incredible. Development opportunities are often (uninteresting) burdens added on to current activities.
