What works well?
Access to various training courses, but it's a shame that this doesn't lead to development proposals or prospects for development within the company. Too much turnover and the good people do not stay long or are encouraged to leave. Very little communication at all levels. Some benefits for students or people looking for a salary supplement.
What could be improved?
Very nice shop window.....shame that once inside the store, the commitments from the beginning are not respected. No consideration, no recognition and no thanks, even after a few years with a fixed contract. You have a number (like in prison ....) and it is very difficult to have contacts and to be able to exchange directly with your hierarchy or the members of the management.
