Working conditions and organization need improvement
What works well?
Unfortunately, I can’t really think of any positives to highlight at the moment. The work environment is poor, there’s a lack of team cohesion, and the overall organization isn’t functioning properly. My experience at the company has therefore been rather negative.
What could be improved?
Work schedules should be better organized to limit overtime and avoid regularly finishing around 8 p.m. The workload seems too heavy, which is causing a lot of fatigue among the teams. A better distribution of work and more reasonable schedules would improve working conditions and the overall atmosphere.
