What works well?

My experience with this company was very disappointing. I worked there for a year and noticed an extremely high turnover, with dozens of employees leaving during this period. Salaries seemed low in relation to the responsibilities required, and several promises made during the job interview were not kept, particularly as regards career development. The working atmosphere was difficult and I perceived an unhealthy internal climate. The HR teams, in my view, were not very accessible and rarely listened to employees' needs or concerns. In short, my experience did not correspond to the expectations I had created at the time of recruitment.

What works well?

No idea but from the other comments not much apparently.

What could be improved?

A response is promised but not delivered on time. Then when the negative email (after interview) arrives, there's obviously no explanation as to why I wasn't chosen. What's more, when they asked me about my salary expectations, I replied that they thought my salary was too high (even though it's within the norm -> confirmed with other companies).
