What works well?
The school is located in a shared office building, where there is a good canteen. Also, the toilets are clean.
What could be improved?
I worked at SUMAS for about two and a half months, and during that short time, I saw five people get fired. The management culture is extremely toxic — communication is poor, expectations are unclear, and people are dismissed suddenly without proper feedback or support. There’s a clear lack of professionalism and respect within the organization. Morale is low, and staff turnover is constant, which speaks for itself. If you value a healthy and stable work environment, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
