The company has historically had skilled field teams and recognized operational expertise. However, several recent departures and reorganizations appear to have weakened this dynamic, with a gradual loss of field experience. Operational quality remains possible, but it increasingly depends on the teams still in place. The potential remains real, provided that the workforce is stabilized, the retention of experienced profiles is strengthened, and a consistent managerial dynamic is restored.

The internal climate has deteriorated significantly in recent times, with management perceived as more top-down and less attentive to the needs of the field. Several operational decisions appear to have been taken without sufficient consultation with the teams concerned, leading to misunderstanding and demotivation. The management of internal changes lacks transparency. The criteria for promotion and the allocation of positions of responsibility are not clearly communicated, which fuels a sense of unfairness among employees. In practice, those who are not integrated into certain internal circles may feel that their progress is limited despite their commitment.

The general atmosphere was good, the work interesting and the equipment functional. The salary was attractive. There was plenty of suitable training.

Planning sometimes needed to be reviewed. One manager was particularly toxic.

It is a very good company, which remains quite family on the whole. There is a good agreement with all the surveillance officers as well as mobile brigades, several different work sites that generally allow us to find a suitable position, and also the possibility to change positions on request as much as possible. It's the 3rd security company I work for in Geneva, and for me, but it only involves me, it's the best.

A little more listening between the command and the agents. That an attendance bonus be proposed for all agents who are never absent during the year, and who invest themselves for the company, who do not hesitate to cut off their rest or even stop their holidays to take sporadic urgent missions in order to succeed in the mission and at the same time satisfy the Company and the customer (who could be in gift vouchers for example)
