What works well?
It is a very good company, which remains quite family on the whole. There is a good agreement with all the surveillance officers as well as mobile brigades, several different work sites that generally allow us to find a suitable position, and also the possibility to change positions on request as much as possible. It's the 3rd security company I work for in Geneva, and for me, but it only involves me, it's the best.
What could be improved?
A little more listening between the command and the agents. That an attendance bonus be proposed for all agents who are never absent during the year, and who invest themselves for the company, who do not hesitate to cut off their rest or even stop their holidays to take sporadic urgent missions in order to succeed in the mission and at the same time satisfy the Company and the customer (who could be in gift vouchers for example)
