The interview went smoothly, and the job description was clearly explained.

What could be improved?

I had a job interview for a part-time (80%) receptionist position. At the end of the interview, which I found particularly rewarding, I naturally asked when I could expect a response. I was told it would take about two weeks, since I was the first of four candidates to be interviewed. Despite my follow-ups, both by phone and email, I received no response from them. After an interview and several follow-ups, I would have thought it appropriate to be informed of the decision made, or even to be able to discuss it.
