What works well?
I’ve been working at Pilet & Renaud for several years now, in an environment that’s professional, friendly, and family-like—a place where I enjoy growing every day. Management is approachable, attentive, and always open to dialogue, which fosters simple and direct communication. What I particularly appreciate about the company is the team spirit and mutual support that are truly part of the corporate culture. Collaboration among colleagues and the quality of our relationships help create a pleasant and motivating work environment.
What could be improved?
It would be nice to have even more team-building events within the company. These events are always very popular and help build bonds between teams, as well as allowing us to get to know the new employees who join us better.
