Service in the various compartments of the store, such as furniture, electro, shelving and checkout. Despite the shortage of staff in the logistics sector, the service is impeccable, at least when I worked there. The outgoing goods department works very well, provided there are enough staff.
What could be improved?
In the logistics field where I worked for 3 years, there's a shortage of staff because the people on the inside have to plug up the holes, which tires them out over time and leads to serious accidents with the machines. The company isn't very accountable to the people who invest so much and forget all the good things the employee has done for the company. The administration of the parent company puts too much trust in their management and branch managers, because in my case I was fired on lies and I wrote to the parent administration, they didn't even try to understand because they replied to the letter exactly like the letter of dismissal. A meeting with me and the store managers and one of the heads of the parent administration would have been useful to clarify things. I'd also like to improve after-sales service, because here too, customers feel cheated, at least in the store where I worked. We need to be more welcoming and open, give customers confidence so that they don't denigrate the after-sales service, for example by avoiding conflicts and showing that they're right even if they're not, finding a solution without getting upset and applying the rules.
