To further support our Purchasing department, we are looking for an :

Your Missions :

  • Receive purchase order confirmations, check their accuracy and record them in our ERP (Odoo)
  • Prepare and arrange ad-hoc orders (internal requests)
  • Ensure follow-up on overdue order confirmations and receipts with our suppliers

Your Profile :

  • Graduated an Administrative Assistant CFC/equivalent or looking for a Student Job
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French and English
  • Experienced ERP User (preferably Odoo)
  • Experienced Microsoft Office Suite user
