For one of our clients, we are looking for a Fund Sales Associate FR / ENG in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. As a Business Developer of the firm, you will be instrumental in driving the business growth strategy by identifying and developing new client relationships yielding to the growth of the firm assets under management. You will work closely with the investment and management teams to produce all marketing material and organizing events.

Our client is an asset management firm, specializing in innovative alternative investment strategies.

Description

  • Integration to the company;
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract and retain independent asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by providing regular updates and insightful analysis;
  • Create and distribute impactful marketing materials, presentations, and reports that highlight the investment expertise and market insights;
  • Create and animate digital content to promote the firm strategies and enhance the brand recognition;
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic relationships;
  • Organize the firm promotional events and select merchandising goods;
  • Work closely with the compliance to ensure all business development activities align with regulatory requirements and ethical standards;
  • Interact with legal advisors to ensure all distribution agreements are compliant with local regulations;
  • Monitor competitive activities within the industry, providing feedback and strategic recommendations to senior management;
  • Keep analytical records of distribution fees accounting;
  • Link with the other internal departments of the firm;
  • Participation to the day to day in the office.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred;
  • Minimum of thee to five years of experience in business development or a related role within the asset management or financial services industry, specifically dealing with alternative investments;
  • Strong understanding of alternative investment strategies and the ability to articulate complex investment concepts in a clear and persuasive manner;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets;
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Excellent language skills in French for speaking and writting ;
  • Very good language skills in English for speaking and writting ;
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, or similar financial software is a plus.
