MISSION STATEMENT 
  • To develop and execute local brand projects and concepts in line with brand strategy
  • To develop and implement plans that ensure the development of our brands in the On and off premise channel
  • To support the Brand/Marketing manager(s) on brand activations and projects
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Bring support to the Brand/Marketing Manager(s) on activations of the major local brands.
  • Contribute to achieving sales on respective brands
  • Build comprehensive budget and plans during budgeting periods on projects
  • Develop and execute Above- and Below-the-line activities in accordance with brand strategy and (Senior) Brand/Marketing Manager(s)
  • Give support in the concept development, implementation and monitoring of Media, PR, Digital, Event and Trade Marketing & Sales Promotions campaigns, where necessary with selected and approved agencies
  • Responsible for brand administrational and operational tasks (Purchase Orders, Budget Tracking, etc.)
  • Participation in the quest for the most efficient budget allocation
  • Provide clear consumer insights (consumer needs, segmentation and value proposition) thanks to the close monitoring of brand health tracker studies and Nielsen sell-out data
  • Order and manage POS material and Value-Added-Packs for the OFF and ON premise channels taking into account distribution channel specificities, budget and stock implications
  • Development of creative and business efficient marketing concepts in order to increase profitability and sales volume as well as enhancing brand values
  • Digitalization of brand activities; digital assets and campaign development, monitoring, listening and evaluation of the digital buzz on social media platforms
  • Internal control, respect of internal processes and operational directives

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Master Graduate level or equivalent
  • Maximum 3 years of professional experience in marketing/trade marketing/sales experience in major Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company – preference for Wine & Spirits industry - or in Luxury industry. 
  • Very good knowledge of the Swiss market: gastronomy (wine & spirits, hostellerie), media landscape
  • Project management experience (event organisation)
  • German, French and English fluent – MANDATORY IN 3 LANGUAGES
