To provide the full range of administrative services, from ensuring seamless running of consultations, surgical operations and director’s agendas. Liaising with external doctors, clinics/hospitals and patients. Continually striving to innovate and optimise the cabinet’s administrative systems. Able to interact with patients with compassion and care, providing explanations when appropriate. Remains calm and positive during challenging periods with a problem-solving attitude. Thrives when working within/leading a dynamic team, able to problem solve independently. Discretion and integrity essential.
Rapidly expanding, dynamic and spacious ophthalmology cabinet in central Lausanne, overlooking the lake, with a team of competent collegial specialist doctors, optometrists and secretaries. We offer sub-specialist, innovative medical and surgical treatments for a large number of patients referred from all the cantons of Suisse Romand and internationally. We also have a dedicated glaucoma research unit.
We are closely partnered with the leading clinics/hospitals in Lausanne including Hirslanden’s Clinique Bois-Cerf.
At least 3 years experience in management, executive assistant and/or senior secretarial role.
Experience with basic accounts, billing (facturation), liasing with fiduciare, and personal PA tasks are desirable.
Fluent oral/written French is essential. English (and other languages) are highly desirable.
Health care sector experience is desirable
