Ensure availability, performance, and quality of IT basic services as well as coordinate maintenance, change, and lifecycle activities
Develop the system team further as Product Owner and work closely with DevOps Engineers and test management
Manage external IT partners and ensure compliance with agreed services
Identify optimisation and automation potentials and continuously develop the IT platforms
Ensure system documentation, security, compliance, and operational standards and act as the central contact person for internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in operating business-critical systems and in IT service management (ITSM)
Completed studies or further training in computer science or business informatics
Experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role as well as knowledge of Scrum or other agile methods
Experience in partner and supplier management
Fluent written and spoken German
