Customer Complaint Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Professionally leads and moderates 8D teams

• Structurally plans and coordinates immediate, corrective and preventive actions

• Independently conducts and professionally supports root cause and risk analyses

• Prepares precise 8D and analysis reports for international customers

• Systematically processes and documents complaint cases in the ERP and CAQ system

• Provides valuable impulses for the continuous improvement process

• Competently supports international sales companies with technical questions regarding customer complaints

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed a basic technical education - ideally supplemented by further training at HF level or a comparable level

• Can demonstrate solid practical experience in the application of quality methods (8D, CAPA, Ishikawa etc.)

• Possesses pronounced attention to detail

• Wants to continuously improve quality levels and customer satisfaction through proactive and targeted action

• Can present complex contexts precisely, systematically and comprehensibly

• Ideally has expertise in mechatronics or drive technology

• Can communicate confidently in both German and English in an international working environment
