• Active and flexible collaboration in all areas of housekeeping
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and point of contact for the team
• Enforcing and monitoring hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards according to the HOCH cleaning concept
• Professional support and instruction of employees, apprentices or interns in the cleaning sector
• Supporting the group management in operational daily business

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed training as a Housekeeping Specialist EFZ, Building Cleaner Specialist EFZ.
• Sound expertise in modern cleaning services as well as experience in team leadership or deputising.
• High flexibility for cross-departmental deployment within housekeeping between 04:00 and 22:00 as well as for weekend shifts
• Good physical and mental condition for physically demanding work
• Good oral and written German skills (level B1/B2) as well as solid basic PC knowledge
