Financial Manager

For our client, a local SME undergoing reorganisation, we are looking for a Financial Manager to handle accounting and financial functions during this transition.

Expected duration: 4/6 months.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

* Managing daily accounting and routine operations with the existing team in the context of a departure and a merger
* Managing relationships with banks and auditors
* Implementing internal controls
* Leading the implementation and configuration of a new tool
* Supporting the structuring and reorganisation of the Finance function for the future.

Profile:
- Proven experience as a financial executive in a merger / transition management and ERP change context
- Comfortable in French AND German
- Immediate availability
- Salary negotiable

We are looking for a hands-on person who will be available quickly and who has already worked in this kind of context.

It is essential to be able to manage operational matters while maintaining perspective on the organisation.
