You independently manage the financial accounting of real estate companies, particularly focusing on listed structures
You are responsible for payment transactions and consolidate separately maintained property accounting
You contribute to quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR as well as IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER
You prepare reports and support regulatory, tax, and compliance-related issues
You coordinate interfaces with external administrations as well as internal departments such as transactions, construction, and property management
You support liquidity planning, cash flow management, financing, and internal and external audits
You continuously develop financial processes, the internal control system, and automation solutions
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and ideally the federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in the real estate or investment environment
You have knowledge of IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER and ideally in the regulatory environment of listed companies
You are proficient in using financial systems; knowledge of GARAIO/REM, Mammut or SAP FI/CO is an advantage
You communicate fluently in German and impress with analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured way of working
