Your tasks
- Ensuring optimal service in the department
- Organisation of the goods dispatch area
- Coordination, planning and improvement of processes
- Monitoring workflows, throughput times and quality standards
- Leadership, support and promotion of 17 employees
- Participation in projects
- Active involvement in the goods dispatch area
- Ensuring smooth communication and cooperation with internal interfaces, external partners and suppliers
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship in the warehouse sector with further training as a logistics specialist
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Solid IT user skills
- Initiative and flexibility
- Organisational talent
