We are looking for a

Team Leader (m/f/d) 2-Shift
Ettingen, Basel-Land, Switzerland

• ​Ettingen
• ​from 1 January 2027
• ​Shift work: 2 shifts from Monday to Friday
• ​permanent

Your tasks

• Leading and developing a team of 12 to 15 people including administrative tasks (conducting employee interviews, creating shift schedules, holiday planning, attendance and absence control)
• Responsibility for the timely and qualitatively flawless GMP-compliant execution of production orders
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with standards regarding safety, quality, OE and environment
• Collaboration with the departments of engineering, logistics, development and quality assurance
• Support in various projects as well as in the continuous development of production

Your profile

• Qualification in the industrial sector with appropriate further training
• Many years of leadership experience (at least 5 years) in the pharmaceutical, food or similar sector
• Systematic working method (troubleshooting, production, project work)
• Self-responsibility and a high level of quality awareness
• Very good practical and theoretical understanding of production processes and production facilities
• Strong team skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP, TrackWise and PAS-X is an advantage
