Electrical Project Manager (M/F) – 100%

Nao Energy SA is a Swiss company specialising in sustainable energy solutions. We support our clients in the realisation of electrical, photovoltaic, charging station, and energy efficiency projects, offering high-quality services from study to commissioning.

As part of our development, we are looking for a Electrical Project Manager capable of managing technical projects while ensuring excellent client relations.

Your responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from A to Z, from order intake to project completion
• Conduct technical studies and dimensioning of installations
• Plan interventions and coordinate internal teams as well as subcontractors
• Ensure monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality of deliverables
• Ensure compliance with Swiss standards and safety requirements
• Be the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and partners
• Control project profitability and prepare necessary reports
• Provide technical support to field teams

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer, assembly electrician, or equivalent training
• Federal diploma as an electrical safety advisor, project manager in installation and safety, or higher education is an advantage
• Proven experience in managing electrical projects in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of NIBT, OIBT standards and Swiss regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in common IT tools and technical drawing software
• Category B driving licence
