The Apartis Foundation, owner of 20 buildings housing 1300 tenants, aims to rent affordable accommodation to students in Fribourg and its surroundings.

To complete our team, the Foundation is looking for

Desired profile:

• you have several years of experience in concierge services
• you are independent and flexible
• you are able to handle manual tasks
• you are comfortable using computer tools
• you enjoy communicating with tenants
• you are a native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language

Your tasks:

• manage the concierge services of several buildings
• perform cleaning and small routine maintenance tasks
• clean apartments
• carry out inventory checks/periodic inspections
• cover for concierges at other sites
• manage our emergency line
• various other tasks
