For our client, an internationally leading industrial company in the field of innovative environmental and exhaust technology in the Winterthur area, we are looking for a qualified reinforcement for the team immediately or by arrangement. The company develops high-quality systems and shapes sustainable solutions for the global market. In this versatile position, you will take on a central role in the realisation and assurance of demanding technical systems.

Polymechanic 80–100%

Tasks:

• You are responsible for the precise mechanical manufacture of prototypes, individual components as well as complete assemblies.
  
• You professionally assemble mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic elements into functional units.
  
• You build complex special systems, special apparatus and new developments and independently commission them.
  
• You carry out comprehensive tests and quality controls to ensure flawless function.
  
• You actively contribute to the further development and modification of existing products.
  
• You systematically analyse mechanical malfunctions and effectively rectify them.
  
• You work proficiently with technical plans, CAD drawings and parts lists and make adjustments if necessary.
  
• You record measurement results and create the necessary test documents and technical documentation.

• You have completed basic training as a polymechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, machine mechanic or a comparable technical qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in assembly and manufacturing of mechanical and fluid technology systems.
• You have a high quality awareness and an exact, independent way of working.
• You are proficient in reading and integrating complex technical documentation and drawings.
• You are characterised by a pronounced analytical thinking ability in fault finding.
• You have very good German language skills.
