Gamma SA, a company active in Client Representation, Architecture and Construction Management, offers a one-year internship as part of the commercial apprentice training with a Federal VET Diploma and professional maturity (3+1 model). This internship provides concrete immersion in the administrative, financial and organisational operations of a dynamic SME in the construction sector.

Your main tasks

• General administration: handling mail, filing, archiving, document management, drafting simple letters.
• Administrative support for projects: monitoring and preparing documents, scanning, compiling files, formatting materials for meetings.
• Reception & communication: telephone and face-to-face reception, managing general email inboxes, participating in internal communications follow-up.
• Participation in the department’s activities: support during internal meetings, assistance with event organisation, occasional tasks related to internal coordination.
• Discovering SME processes: immersion in administrative, financial, property and organisational areas.

Your profile

• Committed to the commercial professional maturity pathway (MP1 or MP2), seeking a rewarding internship.
• Curiosity, motivation and open-mindedness.
• Excellent communication skills, ease in a small team and adaptability.
• Proactivity, autonomy, organisation and reliability.
• Very good spelling and proficiency with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Interest in the canton’s economic sector and in promoting the region.
