Do you like taking responsibility? Are you at home in payroll and SAP HCM? Then apply with us! Embedded in a team of three in the personnel office, you are responsible for the monthly payroll processing for our approximately 7,500 city employees in this versatile role. You coordinate the threads of the departmental personnel departments for payroll processing. Start date from August 2026.Your Tasks
- Ensure smooth payroll processing for 7,500 city employees including social security and year-end tasks
- Coordinate city-wide disposal management
- Solution-oriented advice and support for the departmental personnel departments
- Further development of payroll topics and participation in projects
- Deputize within the team, including for organizational management
Your Profile
- Professional certificate with very good understanding of payroll and social security
- Several years of experience with payroll responsibility of comparable size
- Very good SAP HCM knowledge
- High service orientation
- Enjoy building expert knowledge
