As a Facility Services Manager, you take responsibility for quality, customer relationships, and the further development of our garden and green maintenance organization. If you combine operational strength with a strategic perspective, you are exactly right with us.
Your main tasks:
- Lead the responsible garden and green maintenance organization professionally, operationally, and financially
- Support and advise customers as a "single point of contact"
- Advise customers on tactical and strategic questions regarding garden maintenance, green space management, and seasonal deployment planning
- Personnel and professional leadership of 16 employees
- Take on cost, budget, and resource responsibility
- Optimize and further develop existing processes, deployment planning, and quality standards
- Ensure occupational safety, health protection, and the proper handling of machines and equipment
Your profile:
- Training in the field of Facility Management, ideally with commercial and/or technical further education
- Professional experience in Facility Management in the areas of garden maintenance and/or caretaking
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Digital affinity and confident handling of modern tools
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, Spanish and/or Portuguese are an advantage
