To complement the care & support department, we are looking for a

Night Nurse

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure continuity and safety of care for beneficiaries during the night in short-stay (SS) units
• Monitor the health status of beneficiaries and quickly identify any situation requiring intervention.
• Administer prescribed treatments and perform necessary care.
• Ensure targeted handovers and traceability of observations in the care software.
• Respond to beneficiaries' needs and ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Manage emergency situations and call on appropriate responders if necessary.
• Prepare and transmit relevant information to the day team to ensure continuity of care.

Essential requirements for the role:

• HES nursing diploma (or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland)
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Organisational skills
• Team spirit and empathy
• Good listening and communication skills
