Dial Manufacturing Expert

As part of an industrial project, our client wishes to integrate an experienced specialist in dial manufacturing. This role is aimed at a hands-on person capable of providing recognised expertise in one or more processes, solving production issues, and contributing sustainably to the reliability and optimisation of professional know-how.

Desired profile

• Proven experience in watch dial manufacturing
• Recognised expertise in one or more dial-related fields: electroplating, varnishing, painting or lacquering, decalcomania, pad printing, CNC machining, decoration, finishing, quality control, methods or industrialisation
• Very good understanding of the aesthetic, technical and quality constraints specific to dial manufacturing
• Ability to analyse interactions between processes, identify root causes and propose effective corrective actions
• Appreciated experience in process structuring, standard formalisation and know-how capitalisation
• Strong hands-on orientation, rigour, autonomy, attention to detail and pragmatic approach
• Passion for knowledge transfer and ability to collaborate with various technical stakeholders

• Provide your expertise on one or more stages of dial manufacturing, decoration or finishing
• Analyse technical issues encountered in production and implement concrete and sustainable solutions
• Contribute to the stabilisation, reliability and optimisation of industrial processes
• Participate in defining ranges, sequences, standards and best manufacturing practices
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Methods, Industrialisation and Development departments to ensure the quality and reproducibility of parts
• Support field teams, transfer your know-how and contribute to their skills development
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives regarding quality, performance and process control
