HSE Manager Occupational Safety & Environment 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You monitor the HSE requirements at the site and coordinate necessary measures.
You regularly conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk analyses.
After incidents, you investigate causes and define appropriate corrective actions.
You organise training on occupational safety, health, and prevention.
You continuously manage and review the emergency and fire protection organisation.
You advise managers and specialist departments on safety and environmental matters.
You prepare key figures for HSE reporting and document relevant developments.
You coordinate related matters with authorities, insurers, and external specialists.
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with further education in occupational safety, environment, or health protection.
Several years of professional experience in HSE, EHS, or safety management.
Knowledge of Swiss regulations on occupational safety, environment, and fire protection.
Practical experience in audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
Experience in planning and conducting employee training.
Independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
Confident use of MS Office and digital HSE applications.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
