Telephone Operator/Receptionist 25% (1 Day/Week) (m/f/d)

You enjoy contact with people and want to represent our company externally to customers, suppliers and employees? Then this could be the perfect position for you. The start date is immediate or by arrangement.

• Representation of the company externally to customers, suppliers and partners
• Representation internally to employees
• Reception and care of guests
• Organisation and management of meeting rooms
• Support with administrative tasks
• Collaboration with three team colleagues to share tasks
• Working hours: one working day per week plus holiday cover (25% workload)

• Enjoyment in contact with people
• Good organisational skills and prioritisation
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Ideally knowledge of French and English
• Team spirit
• Confident use of MS Office applications
