Development of test concepts for new products in collaboration with engineering and production.
Evaluation of production key figures to identify quality risks and process deviations.
Support and further development of measuring equipment monitoring as well as statistical measurement system analyses.
Coordination of quality-relevant changes in technical projects and production adjustments.
Investigation of fault patterns and determination of appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
Maintenance and optimisation of quality processes within the framework of continuous improvement management.
Monitoring of environmental conditions and measurement parameters in the cleanroom area.
Technical support for production as well as coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with further education or degree in mechanical engineering, production technology or a related field.
Professional experience in quality assurance of an industrial or regulated production operation.
Knowledge of statistical process control, process capability and measurement system evaluation.
Familiarity with fault analysis methods, such as Ishikawa, 5 Why or Kepner-Tregoe.
Experience with CAPA procedures, change processes and continuous process improvement.
Understanding of validation procedures and regulatory requirements, ideally in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry.
Interest in automated inspection procedures and digital quality systems.
Independent and methodical working style as well as very good German and good English skills.
