Responsibility for monitoring and reliable operation of critical telecommunications, IT and OT infrastructures in the Operations Control Center with a focus on incident management, security monitoring and technical fault analysis.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and operation of telecommunications, IT and OT systems
Recording, classification and prioritisation of incidents and events
Handling of security events and security incidents in the SOC
Analysis and resolution of complex IT, network and security faults
Coordination of field services, 2nd level support and external service providers
Monitoring the infrastructure as well as continuous optimisation of operational and security processes
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, network technology or cybersecurity
Solid knowledge in IT and networking
Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools
Interest in security, automation and AI
Independent, solution-oriented and communicative working style
Fluent knowledge of German and English, Italian is an advantage
Willingness to work 24/7 shifts
