Experienced Welder

Workplace: Canton of Fribourg

Contract type: Long-term temporary

Main tasks:

• Assembly and welding of metal structures and parts according to plans.

• Preparation, cutting, grinding and tack welding of elements before welding.

• Quality control of welds (appearance, compliance and finishing).

• Strict adherence to safety standards in the workshop and on construction sites.

Profile sought:

• Experience: Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) as a welder in metal construction, locksmithing or boilermaking.

• Technical skills: Demonstrated mastery of welding processes (TIG, MIG/MAG - processes 141, 131, 135) on steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

• Certifications: Valid welding qualifications/licenses.

• Plan reading: Ability to read and interpret technical plans and execution diagrams independently.

• Personal qualities: Rigour, precision, respect for safety instructions and sense of responsibility.

• Driving licence: Category B driving licence and own vehicle.
