Your Tasks
- Care and support of patients in the acute sector
- Performing nursing and medical-technical activities within your competencies
- Supporting registered nurses in the daily care process
- Monitoring the health status and reporting relevant changes
- Assisting with admissions and discharges as well as organising daily care routines
- Maintaining complete and professional nursing documentation
- Close collaboration within the interprofessional team
- Ensuring a high quality of care and support
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Work experience in the acute sector is essential
- Confidence in handling a dynamic and demanding care environment
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
- High social competence and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
