IT Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Administration and monitoring of systems, applications, and interfaces
Execution of system integrations, migrations as well as development of backup and recovery strategies
Taking over patch, license, change, and release management as well as database administration
Collaboration with business analysts, team members, and external partners, interface to helpdesk, infrastructure, and architecture
Support of application support, further development of applications, creation of ad-hoc reports, and participation in IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training
Analytical thinking and experience in troubleshooting
Clear communication in German and English, written and spoken
Teamwork, ensuring smooth information flow and competent meeting management
Organised working style with efficient prioritisation of tasks
Sound knowledge of operating systems, databases, cloud technologies as well as experience with OpenText, Jira, Confluence, WebDispatcher, Salesforce, and SAP
