Mission

This role involves managing and resolving technical issues, maintaining IT equipment to ensure service continuity, as well as delivering and installing materials.

• Updating hardware and software inventory
• Setting up and configuring workstations
• Deploying, installing, and restoring applications and server migrations (File, Active Directory, RDS Farm, etc.)
• Installing secure networks (switch, firewall)
• Securing infrastructures (backup, antispam, secure mail, antivirus)
• Monitoring and resolving IT incidents
• Providing customer advice

Profile sought

• IT professional federal certificate (CFC)
• Manual driving licence mandatory
• Fluent French
• Good writing skills
• Proficiency in the following technologies:
• Hardware (microcomputers, peripherals, etc.)
• Microsoft systems (10, 11 / WS 2022, 2025 AD, DNS, DHCP, RDS, Broker)
• Office 365 administration
• Network (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN) on HPE ARUBA equipment Firewall on Sophos equipment
• Incident management tools
• A sociable, helpful, respectful, motivated person. Good presentation and friendly. Someone with a sense of good communication, attentive and autonomous. Essential qualities for teamwork.
