For our Nyon agency, we are looking for a:

Real Estate Accountant

Your responsibilities:

• Accounting for rental properties,
• Accounting for condominiums,
• Heating and ancillary cost statements,
• Bank reconciliations,
• Being one of the contact persons for accounting matters for all clients: owners and tenants.

Profile sought

• 2 years of experience in real estate accounting,
• Knowledge of the QUORUM software would be a real asset,
• Autonomous, organised, and easy to communicate with clients,
• Ability to adapt activities according to priority tasks.
