Caseworker: Sick Daily Allowance, 80-100%

Tasks

Responsibility for the comprehensive handling of sick daily allowance benefit cases
Professional and medical monitoring of benefit cases in sick daily allowance until case closure
Conducting telephone and written clarifications
Coordination and cooperation with the involved partners (disability insurance, HR Coop, care management, medical advisors, etc.)

Commercial or medical basic training and ideally further education in social/private insurance
Professional experience in benefit management for sick daily allowance
Enjoyment of telephone contact with insured persons and customers; ability to negotiate professionally and solution-oriented even in demanding situations.
Good oral and written expression in German, French/Italian is an advantage
Resilient, team-oriented and independently working personality with high initiative and sense of responsibility
