In the Legal Service of the Department of Education and Culture, you will have the opportunity to deepen your legal knowledge in various areas of law and gain valuable practical experience - a solid foundation for your further professional career.
Your tasks
- In the Legal Service of the Department of Education and Culture, you will gain a varied insight into different areas of law over six months. The first half of the legal internship counts towards the bar exam, after which the internship continues as a university internship.
- You will actively participate in administrative appeal procedures and draft simple decisions.
- You will undertake diverse legal clarifications and research tasks.
- In various administrative appeal procedures, consultations, and legislative projects, you will actively support the Legal Service.
- During the internship, you will visit the legal services of other departments and accompany the legal consultant of the Government Council and the Cantonal Council in their work for three days.
Your profile
- At the start of the position, you have completed a degree in law (lic. iur. or MLaw).
- You are interested in administrative law and especially in educational law issues.
- You enjoy working in a motivated team and contribute with commitment and reliability.
- You are characterised by a careful and independent working style as well as enthusiasm for legal clarifications and research.
- As a service-oriented and networked-thinking person, you enjoy collaborating with various contacts.
