YOUR MISSIONS

• Welcome and retain a local and demanding clientele

• Present and sell our products with expertise, sensitivity and elegance

• Ensure personalised follow-up of requests

• Manage after-sales watch service

• Participate in enhancing the boutique and window displays

• Actively contribute to achieving commercial objectives

• Carry out minor watch repairs in the boutique (battery replacement, bracelet adjustment, etc.)

• Update the website and e-commerce boutique

• Participate in marketing and digital activities

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in the jewellery and/or watchmaking sector required

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as retail manager or equivalent qualification

• Excellent presentation, service orientation and genuine enjoyment of human contact

• Rigour, discretion and attention to detail

• Dynamic and enthusiastic personality

• Fluency in French; any additional language is an asset

• Sincere passion for jewellery and watchmaking

• Residence in Switzerland required

WHAT WE OFFER

• An elegant working environment in the heart of Morges

• Permanent contract, 80–100%, Tuesday to Saturday

• Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed
